I am hoping I mess-up the Audio setting on the remote control. Is there a set of original settings.
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I tried the Q menu audio settings. It gave me a message that the sound was disabled. It would not give me an option to enable the sound.

Hello. I'm Dan, and I'd be happy to help. I need to know the make and model of the TV, please. Also, how old is it?
