I have both wireless and direct connect internet cable. Neither the wireless or the internet cable will connect to the wifi
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Model number E60-c3 I have tried both ways both wireless and by cable connection and it cannot find the internet
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the menu works, and the tv will play
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I move the tv and put up new blinds in the house
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Moved the router right next to the tv for the wire connection to be made but it still finds the internet connection but will not connect

- Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to get it reset, replug back in and check wifi connection?
