Hello, and welcome back to the site. I'm Dan, and I'd be happy to help. What were the symptoms before you replaced the lamp? Has anything changed? Also, where did you get the replacement lamp?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Amazon. TV went black and this happened before and I replaced lamp and TV worked great for about another 1 or so

Sorry it took me so long to respond. This week was crazy. Getting back to the TV, this model uses Mitsubishi's V43 chassis which uses a blinking orange/yellow light to indicate that the lamp door isn't closed properly. If the lamp door is off, put it back on. If it's on, take it off and pull the lamp out. Reinstall the lamp, making sure it's seated firmly. Then reinstall the lamp door securely.

Now, if it's blinking RED before it blinks yellow.... that's a different issue. Let me know if that's the case.
