New "Element" TV..can't get past 'Run Channel Auto Scan'
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Element 32" HD Digital LED TV Brand New
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Pulled it out of the box Christmas morn. Plugged it in ..followed instructions the Run Auto Scan came up... I 've tried unplugging/ resetting the satellite..
