Well it keeps going off and on...checked with the cable people and we believe it is not the cable all plugs are secure
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 1080P full HD
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes menu works no problem with our other Vizio in bedroom
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: When we were watching the World Series in October kept going on and off...but just came back to Florida from NJ and still doing the same thing...actually ran for about 1/2 hr then off for about 20 minutes
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Would the cable to the HDM port be bad? It actually came on and off within couple of seconds just now on again

1- Could you please get me the model number written on back cover of TV?
2- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
These info will help to troubleshoot the problem.
