Hello again I apologise for the delay. I want to connect my TV to my wifi
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: The model number is ***** I've just tried Netflix and received a message to say wifi is not connected
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the TV menu works. I guess I just want a window in which I can enter my wifi password?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
