We have a E65Ud3 vizio tv an a yamaha rxv573 receiver no sound is coming out of our reciever
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: brand new just bought it yesterday
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: E65UD3
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 1 day we have it hooked up to ARC on both tv and receiver. The sound comes out of the tv but not the receiver speakers. It works on casting
