I have a model S22C300HS computer monitor. When trying to upgrade to Windows 10, it tells me this monitor is not compatible with Windows 10. Is there a way to update my monitor?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: S22C300HS purchased 11/25/2014.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The menu works. Have no problems except trying to upgrade to Windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

This message means that there are no drivers for your monitor and it will not be supported in Windows 10.

It does not mean that it will not work.

You can check on the manufacturer's website for updated drivers and install them, either before or after updating to Windows 10.

You can go ahead and upgrade to Windows 10.

If for any reason you do not like Windows 10, you can always choose to "roll back" to your earlier version.
