My problem is that I can no longer get onto Netflix. I have spent considerable time speaking with a technician in the USA and he said I need to get in touch with Sony - something about a password. Many thanks, Pam
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Its a couple of years old and I will just go check on the model number
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: KOL 50WB00C August 2015 TV is working but cannot get connected to Netflix
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Last night my daughter watched a show on Netflix which stopped half-way so she then watched a different show without any problem. When I checked Netflix this morning it failed.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

In order for the Netflix application to work, the TV must still be connected to the Internet. May I ask how the TV is connected to the Internet? (is it wirelessly connected or is it connected with a network cable)?
