When I click on GUIDE, it says UNAVAILABLE. what can I do to

when I click on GUIDE, it says UNAVAILABLE. what can I do to get Guide?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Series 6200. Purchsed 11-25-16
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The GUIDE was working fine yesterday. It was showing UNAVAILABLE after 5pm yesterday.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was watching the news then went to GUIDE when UNAVIaLABLE showed.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just need to find out why I can't receive the guide.

Sorry you are having trouble here, first thing to do is to re-boot the TV and any cable\satellite box you may be using by un-plugging both from wallpower wait 5 mins re-plug back in again, let everything boot up and let meknow if there is any change

If you see any messages particular ones for a phone call they are not from me but the site, I do not use the phone call facility myself, only this texting method which I consider the best way forwards, if however you want to use the phone call option this will go to a board for another tech to take up, if a tech considers this viable by phone he will ring you, otherwise if you do not want it please ignore it thanks.
