Hi, want to add an app on my sharp AQUOS 70" tv, can you advise process
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sharp is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: LC-70LE, about 4 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Smart TV works fine, blue-ray works fine, etc. Want to load Amazon app onto the Smart TV, and says I need USB, but not sure exact process
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing, never tried before
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so. I get most of my TV from the Smart TV, Netflix, etc. Just trying to load some apps that aren't on it. Have it set to update, but have never tried it and don't want to mess anything up
