I was watching The Crown on Netflex and after 1 hr it turned itself off this happened 3xs
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I misplaced the paperwork and the maintenace aggrement it is about 8 mos old where do I find the model # and can you Email a copy of the paperwork
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes no matter what I am watching it just turns itself off
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I heard a crackling noise once this has been going on for 2 mos.
