I have a model 8500 Samsung and I can't get rid of the on-screen logos at the top, bottom and sides!
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 1 year old and a UHD 8500
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes the menus work but the display is on all sources
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just happened minutes ago

What you seem to have anyway is the store demo mode turned on .

Press the MENU123 button on the remote and select MENU (upper left corner) , open that and scroll down to SUPPORT , open that and scroll downbelow the first page to USE MODE , open it and select HOME USE
