hi i try to concet the chormcast to the tv it concetd for second and stop
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is phlips.Modl no is 46pFL3706/F7
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes it works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was woking fine some one press some putton on the tv sory my english weak

Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Please try a full reboot of the TV and Chromecast to see if this works to reset the unit.

1) Shut the TV off, then remove the Chromecast from the set.

2) Wait 10 seconds and plug the Chromecast back in.

3) Turn the TV on and use the Philips Input/Source button to select the correct HDMI Input.

Let me know what happens.

It's likely that the TV's Input/Source setting was simply changed when this issue occurred. However the reboot should take care of anything accidentally disconnected, and using the Input/Source button should take care of the Input being changed. Let me know what happens and also what you see on your screen if that does not work.
