Customer Question

Samsung tv will not display my NES Classic picture.
JA: How old is your Samsung, and have you tried unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: The sound and picture will cut on for a few seconds then go blank over and over again.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The inputs work, the NES works just not when plugged into this TV. Other devices work on the same input but not the NES.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just got the TV. All devices work but the NES.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

I unplugged it for 12 hours and came back to the same thing.

Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

I assume you are using the red/white/yellow cords?

What is the model of the tv, and where exactly is the nes connected?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
It's a 1080p TV and it's being connected with an HDMI cable. This is the new NES Classic that just came out a few weeks ago.

Can you give me the model number of the tv, please, this is printed on a sticker on the back. 1080p is a feature.
