I recently changed to Comcast/Xfinity service. I a, not able to access Netflix or Amazon Prime. When I turn the tv on it still has my old ATT setting. Trying to change to Xfinity.

Customer: I bought it within the last year. where do I find the model and make numbers?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Just this tv am I having a problem.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Within the last couple of months but, I had not attempted to use theNetflix or Amazon buttons.
