my wifi quit working on my tv. I have exhausted all avenues and they have told me I need a software update from samsung on my tv.
JA: How old is your Samsung, and have you tried unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: no I have not
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no, only on my smart hub things
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was working one day and the next day, it said my network settings werent connected. I have the model number and S/n code of my tv.
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
