The ROKU App has disappeared from our MODEL un40ku6300F tv. YOU RESET IT?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Model U1K40KU6300f, sERIES 6, S/N 05HU3CHU702300 We've had it about 3 months!
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Just the ROKU. We still have the separate ROKU ubit from our old set.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A couple of weeks. Somehow I suspect my wife deleted it!
