My Sanyo tv model FW32D06F is frozen on the Initial set up screen....stuck at Select your language won't respond to the remote
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sanyo is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: less than a year....model # as above FW32D06F
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: everything was fine until about 5 mins ago...guest at my house did something with either the Sanyo remote or the Tivo remote, not sure which one....stuck on the set up screen....remote can turn the power on/off
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
