I cannot access the internet on my Sony TV . That connection was working but now is not.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: LCD TV Bravia KDL-55W900AR
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I havce no menu bottom on the remote.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was working lithesome problems last week and was fine the week beefed tht. sBTW the TV was purchased in the spring of 2014.
