Hello, Sorry you're having problems. That message is an error generated by the Xfinity (Comcast) box, and is generally something your cable provider would need to handle.
However, on a user level you would want to reboot your Cable Box as follows to try and clear the issue:
1) Shut the TV off.
2) Unplug the Xfinity box power cord from the wall (removing all power from the box).
3) Wait 10 seconds and plug the box back in.
4) Wait 2 minutes for the box to begin to bootup and then turn on your TV.
This generally clears the issue you're having, but if it does not, then you will need to simply call your cable provider (using the phone number on their bill).
Again the issue is not related to your TV - but it being generated by the cable box itself.
