Channel 12.1, 12.2, and 12.3 have totally disappeared from my tv. I have gone into setup a number of times to no avail. I also tried adding them back ...nothing seems to work. I hope you can help me
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is a 24" Hitachi no. LE24C109ver1.00. a little over a year old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I noticed it about six months agbo and have been unsuccessful I contacting Hitachi about it . As I said in my first email, I tried doing set and adding the channels but nothing worked.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing I can think of thank you.
