I have a Philips 46" flat screen that flip upside down how do I flip it back?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Philips is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: the model 46pfl3608/f7 bought it a year ago.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had a couple of power outages last week . that when it happen

There are a few possibilities here,

since there were power outages the main board may be corrupted to a point where it cannot be adjusted (physically damaged).
The one thing you can try is accessing the service menu and making a settings adjustment.

Take the remote and quickly key in the sequence 0 6 2 5 9 6 i (i being the info button).

That should put you into the service menu. Be very careful, if you change any of the wrong items you can damage the tv beyond repair. You are looking for the setting called either Flip, Mirror, or Vertical flip (v flip). You'll change that to the opposite of what it is set on now.
