Hi i have a brnad i have a brand new smart lg tv and after i switched to netflix and back ive been getting a blue screen and no signal
JA: Has this happened before? And have you tried unplugging your LG and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: No first time, ive left it off for a few minutes but not hours
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yeah i only have HDMI2 that's not greyed out and that doesnt work and the greyed out ones dont work either
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since two days ago. I was just watching netflix and switched back to cable
