When we turned TV on this morning, it says no signal, but the other ses in the house are working, Had to turn on on TV, remote not working.
JA: What's the make and model of your television? And is the remote the same, universal, or for another device?
Customer: Phillips, model 32PFL3514D/F7
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just this morning. We checked all connections, but the remote doesn't work and the TV shows it is on HD13
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just help

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
