Good evening Pearl, I have recently purchased a 65" 4K UHD tv, and I cannot download the app necessary to set up the smartcast, my phone says I cannot do it, and I believe that Vizio has no program on an IPAD to do this also. Is there a way I can purchase a remote that has this all built in??????
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Customer: no problem, I just cannot download the vizio smarcast app.
