JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Vizio Model D40-D1. It is brand new
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No just on Netflix
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I signed in for Netflix on Wed night. I could not get any showings each time it would appear as if was loading and then an error statement. I called my internet provider and upgraded my downloading capabilities and still same problem. Help!!!

Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Do you know what internet speed you're currently getting? Is it over 15 MBPS?

Also have you setup the Internet connection on the TV and is the TV currently connected to the router?
