My samsung LN40B500 is darker on leftside. Unable to adjust

Customer Question

My samsung LN40B500 is darker on leftside. Unable to adjust it better. Adjustments appear to work. I replaced the power supply board 2 years ago. I put in a new signal board this time because I thought signal was weak. Are there any schematics available or block diagrams to help with locating problem or any suggestions. Old Electronic Tech. Don
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: LN40B500, probably 5 yrs
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes. all systems seem to work. including inputs
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Does not make sense that you would have only one test where everything is fine
