Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Please reply back with the model number off of the back of your TV.

Also I need to know what specifically your TV signal is (in other words, is it a Cable Box, DirecTv, DISH, etc.)?

Expert:  Aric replied 8 months ago.

I'm unsure why you're unable to reply but I am here now to assist you if you need help.

My TV brand is Element. Local chanels.
Expert:  Aric replied 8 months ago.

That's not really specific enough to tell me much. I need the following:

1) The MODEL NUMBER off of the back of the TV as requested.

2) HOW specifically do you get "local channels"? It could be an HDTV antenna, a cable box, a Directv box, etc. etc. etc.

I'm here to assist you now, but if you're unable to engage at this time, then simply reply back when you are able. I will respond when available.
