when I reset it, it stops at 98% and will not come on
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Sony and don't know just how old but it comes on in fact had it on today and could not get Fox news so pushed reset button and now nothing
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: this morning, when I could not get fox pushed reset and now nothing
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Talked to man that installed it and he has to have work order before he can com and guess that's what I need

Great to hear! My next suggestion was going to be to reboot the box by pulling it's power cord for 10 seconds and plugging it back in if the issue persisted. Anyhow glad it's working.
