JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Samsung smart 55 curved just purchased
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes the menu works we only have one hm1 cable
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it just started a few days ago. I don't recall anything happening

What input/device are you using with the tv (cable/satellite, dvd, etc)?
If you try to use the tvs own internal apps (like netflix) do you have the audio problem on it?
