JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It is fairly new....let me check the model #
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: un32js205afxza No...the lines appear all the time...TV or DVD
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: The cleaning people came and cleaned by room....I was not there at the time

Please try this:
-unplug the tv POWER cord from the wall outlet.
-press and hold the power button on the tv (not remote) for 20 seconds and release OR leave the tv unplugged for 3 full minutes.
-plug in the tv power cord and turn on.
