JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: MENU DOES NOT WORK yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Been an issue for 2 hours. TV was on and was working fine then all of a sudden tv picture started rolling and would not stop. I disconnected cable box and restarted cable box thats when the first message i sent you
