replaced all boards in a samsung uhd tv and now it powers on. I hear sound when i press the sports button on the remote. the screen is blue. ( just no picture so I can set it up again. It was unplugged during a storm ( except the modem. ( that's why I had to replace everything. Any ideas of what I missed. IT's a 65 inch 4k tv - thanks for any pointers.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: right at a year Model # Un60ju6500F version HD01
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no menu and nothing is plugged in except power cord
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Lightning storm and afterwords it wouldn't power up ( it was unplugged during storm , but I forgot to unplug it from the iinternet
