Due to hurricane Matthew our 40" was almost drowned; however, the wires attached to it were not.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: pn43e45oa1fsza Version: ts02
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: This is the only TV, our major one, affected.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We had a Hurricane.
