What input jack on the back of the tv is the Dish box connected to? all the input jacks are labelled on the back of the tv
That is a network connection not an audio/video connection.
Phone jack has nothing to do with Tv picture/sound.
There should be cable(s) going from the Dish box to the Tv. Where are those cable(s) connected?
Was there a Dish box connected to a Tv in this spot already? What happened, did you get a new tv? or move the box/tv? or?
What is the model number of the tv?
Router has nothing to do with picture/sound on the tv. In fact, everything you have replied has nothing to do with picture/sound on the tv... It seems to me like you may need a Dish Network tech to come out and complete this connection for you. Do you agree?
