I have an older Samsung 32 inch tv thats works perfectly accept for one thing. When you change the channel a black box appears in the upper LH corner of the screen and effectively blocks the heading of the new channel I have gone on line and tried tuning the tv off for a minute [didn't do anything] Others have suggested to shut off PIP or CC but this particular TV doesn't have either one. Is there any way to shut this annoying message off or do I need to but another TV? Our older 46 inch Samsung does the same thing [It has the little jingle when you turn it on] so it is older but still has a great picture.
