JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Its an e-motion tv the model number is *****
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Remote doesnt work and i have tryed a one for all remote and that doesnt work
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Its a couple of weeks nothing poped up

- Have you tired to push power/standby button on side panel of TV to switch it On?

- If it doesn't work then unplug TV power cord from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset the TV, replug back in and press power/standby button on side panel of TV to switch it On.
