It says to update software. I have no idea how to do that
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I don't know
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no..I have pushed every button on that thing. I do get sound. I was on the line with Comcast for almost an hour. Unplugged the TV twice....nothing
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I turned theTV off last night
