I want to eliminate the cable premium shows. I've hooked up my Roku bar...I cannot connect to the wi-fi. Is my TV not applicable? I have a VP 422 - HDTV 10A

Customer: no, I also have my stero hooked up along with the cable box
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: That's just it nothing popped up. I get to Netflex and it states my wi-fi is not connected...But it is. I can receive my wi-fi on my cell phone.
