No sound. First I had no signal, but I was able to correct that (don't ask me how), now I have a picture but no sound.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: This will take a minute. I'll be right back.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The model number is ***** Bought a couple of years ago.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had a no signal sign. Corrected that and then no sound.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I'm not tv savy. Need someone who will just tell me what to do. Unplug cords,, etc.
