i cannot get netflix to work
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: WD4OFW2490 brand new
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I only need this TV in my bedroom to watch netflix . other source in the house work fine
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it has been asn issue since i set it up. it worked for a short time and then seems to have to be reset all the time. now...nothing
