My Westinghouse TV model SK26H730 is not allowing me to

My Westinghouse TV model SK26H730 is not allowing me to accept my Dish Network signal which sends to channel 73. If I try to switch the channel to 73 it doesn't go to 73 but goes to 60. I tried scanning all cable or TV channels and to no avail..
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And how long has this been happening with the channels?
Customer: tv make and model is in my original email above. It worked originally in the same house but I moved tv to different room and now doesn't work.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: menu works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: last time I used it was about two months ago. removed tv from original room and stored while renovating new room so didn't use until now.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
