i am using my tv as a computer monitor and today i have an icon marching
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: ln22c350d1dxsa 5 plus years
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: i don't know, i only use it with the computer so that's all it is hooked up to
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i was online using yahoo, this is not the first time for this, but the computer tech i used was not sure why it went away, and the icon did not show up on the monitor he used. he thought it may be some alert built into the tv
