I can't find Home or Store in Plug and Play mode....have these annoying pop ups
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It is about 12 yrs old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes...all channels
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: started last night. just watching TV when it started...
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

ok, then you do not have one with this mode (store mode) so it is not the issue

Can you disconnect all cables except the power cable, does the message still show?

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this now confirms it
