I have a Panasonic PT-AX100U projector that will not strike

Customer Question

I have a Panasonic PT-AX100U projector that will not strike the lamp. When it is energized I have a red standby indicator light. When turned on I get a green indicator light but the lamp does not strike, no spark/pulse sound from the ballast, and no power to the lamp. At this point, the unit will not power off unless I turn the rear power switch off. please advise

Hi, its time to replace the lamp and the Ballast.

The ballast supplies the high voltage needed to power the lamp.

Replacing both will ensure proper operation once again for a few years.

The best place to get these components is:

I would call them to place this order as there are thousands of lamps and many different ballast boards.

Please call : (877)(###) ###-####/(###) ###-####/a>

I will help you replace the ballast if you need me but its super easy.

It simply plugs in to the wire harness;-)

I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service kindly.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved.

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a great day!
