It's not my tv it's my Samsung sound bar and sub woofer
JA: How old is your Samsung, and have you tried unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: The sub woofer appears to be the problem, I think it's 2-3 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the menu works, yes I have the same problem
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A couple of days, i read in the book to reset the sub woofer, to press the ID set button on the back, now the blue light has a fast flash
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It just keeps flashing
