I have a LCD Model 46LA45RQ. I have attached a cromecast to it. The screen says UPDATE REQUIRED, Hang of while we fetch it. 0%. Nothing else happens. When I first tried the program from my phone would come on the TV but seconds later go off. Can you help me?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: About 6 mo.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: This is the only exterior source I have tried.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: First I had to change the hemi setting from1 which gives me regular TV to 3 where I have the podcast plugged. Then this notice comes up . Down at the bottom of the screen it says chromecast 5021
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was advised by Comcast to contact RCA but should I contact Chromecast?
