JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: about 5 years old, big, plasma I don't know particulars
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: other tvs work. this one doesn't. It has "no signal" but that is another problem. when the tv comes back I need to bring up the internet for Netflix
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was trying to get the guide to work. I left it on Auto channel something to acquire the info
