Welcome. I am Mike, an experienced field technician. We are now connected together on this convenient website where I am able to help you. To get started, I need to know you can see this message and are able to reply to me here...

-Please clarify, this happens on all inputs and the tv menu is affected by the problem? correct?

-Are you planning to work on the tv yourself? Or looking for repair shops?

Are you having website difficulties that are preventing you from replying?

Expert:  Mike G. replied 10 months ago.

Not sure why you cannot reply...

This issue is caused by a defective board in the tv called C1 or C2 buffer. The boards are really cheap on eBay right now. So if you want to DIY, I will give you a quick link for just one of the sellers and you can reply back here if you get stuck during the repair. If you can't DIY then I can look for a repair shop near you.

Let me know how you want to proceed and remember, I will be here with you throughout this entire process. You may submit a 3 to 5 star rating at the top of this page at any time. Rating now does not close your question or prevent future replies which are at no additional cost.

Thanks
Mike

C1 and C2 are the sustain X boards on your right side
Expert:  Mike G. replied 10 months ago.

no, they are the boards that run along the bottom edge of the display panel, likely hidden under brackets and shields.

Ok I got it I just bought them

Hello, just checking back in to see if you still need help, or perhaps you would like to acknowledge that my time and input has been helpful?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Did not work changed the boards but still have the same problem
Expert:  Mike G. replied 10 months ago.

This usually points to defective display panel (entire tv screen), but might be controller board. I'll have to look for that part, if you like.
